1. Take one set of TSDZ8 Programming Kit from:

2. Disconnect the battery power supply of the motor.
3. Download the Jlink Software:

          JLink_Windows_V850_x86_64

4. Install the Jlink Software.
5. Connect the programming cable to the Jlink v9 Emulator.


6. Connect the speed sensor 6pin male plug of the motor to the 6pin female plug of the cable.
7. Connect the Jlink v9 to the computer with USB cable.
8. Download the project file: TSDZ8 Project file
9. Run J-Flash.exe and open the project file.

From the program installation folder (JFlash.exe) or start menu (J-Flash V8.50)  to run J-Flash.exe

10. If you want to back up the current firmware. You need to read back first: Target-Manual Programming-Read back-Entire Chip.


11. Save the original firmware file in the HEX format: File-Save data files as


12. Open the HEX firmware file that you want to Flash: File-Open data file


13. Flash the controller of motor with the HEX firmware file: Target-Manual Programming-Program
